At GoPlay, we take your privacy seriously. Unlike many other servers, we go the extra mile to ensure that your personal information and in-game experience are secure.
One key measure we’ve implemented is our account disabling feature, which is a more effective and comprehensive solution than simply muting players.
Instead of muting players or restricting access in ways that may not fully address the issue, we disable accounts (I.P-based) entirely when necessary.
This means that if a player violates our rules or compromises the safety of the community, we take strong, decisive action by removing their ability to interact on our platform.
However, this process goes through a series of steps and procedures to ensure we have solid evidence before taking action.
A staff member can’t simply ban someone based on personal opinion — we make sure everything is fair and justified and correct.

We respect your personal data. Any information we gather is used solely for improving your experience, and we ensure it’s kept safe through secure systems.
Your privacy and enjoyment are our top priority, and you can trust GoPlay to handle your data with the utmost care.
