What You’ll Do
- Own staff ops: onboarding, schedules, training, promotions.
- Maintain & iterate policies (rules, punishments, appeals, comms).
- Run standups, clear blockers, coordinate cross-team projects.
- Oversee incidents & escalations; ensure evidence-first decisions.
- Plan releases & rollbacks with Operators and Dev.
