Admin Team

What You’ll Do

• Own staff ops: onboarding, schedules, training, promotions.
• Maintain & iterate policies (rules, punishments, appeals, comms).
• Run standups, clear blockers, coordinate cross-team projects.
• Oversee incidents & escalations; ensure evidence-first decisions.
• Plan releases & rollbacks with Operators and Dev.

Live Server Access: Escalations/Oversight (Operator present)

• Reliable cadence: updates ship on schedule with clear notes.
• Quality: fewer regressions via checklists & reviews.
• Healthy team: clear goals, fast feedback, zero confusion.
• Player trust: consistent, fair, transparent decisions.

Success = stable ops + happy players + confident staff.

Tools & Access

• Escalation-level perms during incidents/maintenance (with Operator).
• Tickets/issue board, staff scheduler, escalation inbox.
• Docs/handbooks, change logs, release templates.
• Discord: #staff-hq, #staff-logs, #releases.

Production changes = Operator + checklist + second-pair review.

Quick Start (First Week)

• Say hi in #staff-hq and review priorities.
• Walk through policies, handbooks, escalation endpoints.
• Review open tickets & assign owners; claim one cross-team task.
• Shadow a release/incident; run the next one with an Operator.
• Publish a short weekly update (wins, risks, next steps).

Decision Rights & Escalation

• You decide: routine promotions, schedules, policy clarifications.
• Two-admin rule: bans over X days, policy changes, emergency rollbacks.
• Escalate to Owner: legal/brand issues, irreversible data changes.
