It is your responsibility to review our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and other relevant rules or documents. We are not obligated to notify you in advance or after a punishment has been issued, including warnings, mutes, timeouts, or bans.

👶 Minimum Age Requirement
By using GoPlay, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, or have verified permission from a parent or legal guardian.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without parental consent. If we learn that we have, we will take appropriate action to remove it.

🔐 Your Account
To use certain features of GoPlay, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:
Keeping your login information secure.
All activities that occur under your account.
Providing accurate and up-to-date information.
Do not impersonate staff or other players, or misrepresent your identity in any way.

🎮 Use of Our Services
When using GoPlay, you agree to:
Use our services for personal and non-commercial purposes only (YouTube and content creation exempted).
Follow all applicable laws and not engage in illegal activities.
Not exploit bugs, hacks, or cheats that affect gameplay for unfair advantage.
Not share, sell, or rent your account to others.
Not use bots, scripts, or automation tools to interact with the server, economy, or players.
Not abuse public or private channels to insult, belittle, or harass the server, staff, or community.
Constructive feedback is welcome — but must be delivered respectfully and in good faith.

The following are examples of conduct that may result in action under these Terms (including warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans). This list is not exhaustive:
- Griefing, stealing, or intentionally sabotaging other players' progress
- Use or distribution of hacked clients, macros, or unfair modifications
- Ban or mute evasion through alternate accounts, VPNs, or proxy services
- Attempting to crash the server, exploit systems, or bypass protections
- Harassing players or staff members in-game, in DMs, or on Discord
- Spamming, flooding, advertising, or sharing malicious content
- Instigating drama, spreading false information, or provoking conflict
- Encouraging others to violate our rules or terms, even off-platform

These expectations apply across all official GoPlay platforms — including Minecraft, Discord, voice channels, support tickets, and other GoPlay services.
Use common sense. Staff have the authority to interpret these terms as needed and take action accordingly.

👁️‍💬 Monitoring & Data Notice
By using GoPlay services, you acknowledge that gameplay and communications may be monitored for safety, moderation, and performance reasons. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on what data is collected and how it’s used.

💬 Player Chat & Content Disclaimer
While GoPlay uses filters and staff moderation to monitor chat and player interactions, we cannot guarantee that all content will be appropriate or free of harmful material.

Users may encounter messages, links, usernames, or behavior that is offensive, misleading, or disruptive. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for content shared by players, including hyperlinks, voice messages, or Discord activity.

We encourage you to report violations immediately. Offending users may be punished if their behavior violates our Terms or community guidelines.

🖼️ Content and Intellectual Property
All content provided on GoPlay, including graphics, logos, and software, is owned by GoPlay or licensed to us. You agree not to:
Reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without explicit permission
Use GoPlay assets, branding, or media for commercial purposes without authorization
Create content using GoPlay MC (such as videos or streams) only if it does not misrepresent our server or community.
Use or distribute hacked clients, cheats, or macros that disrupt fair gameplay
Attempt to exploit, crash, or harm the server or its plugins
Target or harass players or staff, in chat or via gameplay
Try to bypass punishments, filters, or security systems
Claim ownership of GoPlay builds, content, or server features

Breaking these rules risks your access to GoPlay and may result in a permanent account/IP punishment.

📸 Media & Content Sharing
By participating in GoPlay events or submitting screenshots, builds, or messages, you grant GoPlay permission to feature that content on our website, social media, or marketing (with or without attribution).
If you’d like something removed, reach out via our support.

🔗 Third-Party Services
GoPlay may use or integrate third-party platforms (e.g., Discord, Tebex, Google Forms, etc.).
We are not responsible for the terms, content, data handling, or uptime of those external services. Use them at your own discretion.

💰In-Game Purchases
GoPlay may offer in-game purchases, which are:
Final and non-refundable (unless required by law).
Bound to your account and non-transferable (unless stated specifically).
Subject to availability, and we may change, revoke or discontinue items at any time.
Chargebacks or fraudulent payments may result in an immediate account suspension.

❌Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms and Conditions or our Privacy Policy.
You engage in behavior that negatively impacts the community or the integrity of the game.
In severe cases, this may include a permanent account and IP ban without prior warning.

🧪 Experimental Features
Certain GoPlay features, events, or systems may be labeled as “beta”, “preview”, or “experimental.” These are offered without guarantee and may be changed or removed at any time without notice. Use them at your own risk.

⚠️Liability
GoPlay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
Downtime, bugs, or disruptions to gameplay.
Loss of data, in-game purchases, in game items and inventories, or account information.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are also not liable for delays or failures resulting from causes beyond our control, including server outages, third-party services, or acts of nature.

🎮 How We Handle Violations
❌ We handle rule-breaking using a combination of account-based and IP-based punishments, depending on the severity or nature of the violation.
This includes inappropriate behavior, attempts to bypass security systems, or repeat infractions from alternate accounts.

GoPlay prioritizes IP-based punishments in many cases to prevent evasion and ensure community safety.

Continued disruptive behavior, even when framed as “opinion,” may still result in moderation actions if it negatively impacts the server environment or staff.
Staff actions are taken in the interest of the entire community. If you disagree with a decision, you may appeal it through our official support portal.

🧾 Licenses & Access Restrictions
Some GoPlay services (such as VPN-unlocking or restricted access restoration) may require a valid license or Secure Connection License (SCL).
We reserve the right to restrict access if:
You do not hold an approved connection license.
Your connection (e.g., VPN or ISP) interferes with server operations or presents a security risk.
We have not released your connection restriction.

GoPlay is not responsible if your personal network or service provider blocks our IPs after a restriction has been lifted.

📤 Account & Data Requests
Account or data-related requests (such as deletion or access inquiries) are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Contact Support for further assistance.

🔒 Right to Restrict Access
We reserve the right to deny access to any user, IP, or connection method at our discretion — with or without prior notice.
This includes but is not exhaustive to repeated infractions, malicious activity, coordinated disruption, or refusal to follow staff instructions.
By continuing to use GoPlay MC, you agree not to challenge or dispute these actions outside of our official appeal process.

📜 Term of Service Updates
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on our website or in-game. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

⚖️Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States in the State of New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located within said locations for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.
