You are responsible for reviewing our Terms, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. GoPlay may enforce moderation actions (warnings, mutes, bans) without prior notice if rules are violated.
Minimum Age Requirement
By using GoPlay, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, or have verified consent from a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If discovered, such information will be deleted.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all actions under your account. Impersonating staff or other players is not permitted.
Use of Services
When using GoPlay, you agree to:
• Use services for personal, non-commercial purposes (YouTube and creative content are allowed).
• Follow applicable laws and avoid unlawful or exploitative behavior.
• Not share, sell, or rent your account.
• Avoid macros, automation, or unfair gameplay advantages.
• Communicate respectfully — harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse is prohibited.
Constructive feedback is encouraged when shared in good faith.
Modifications and Plugin Behavior
GoPlay relies on both custom and third-party plugins. We are not liable for bugs, resets, or data loss caused by plugin updates or external systems. Gameplay elements may change, reset, or be removed for balance or maintenance reasons.
Prohibited Conduct
Actions that may result in moderation or bans include:
• Griefing, theft, or sabotage
• Hacked clients, macros, or exploit abuse
• Evading bans or mutes via alts or VPNs
• Harassing players or staff
• Spamming or sharing malicious content
• Spreading misinformation or starting conflict
These standards apply across all GoPlay platforms. Staff have discretion to interpret and enforce these terms.
Monitoring and Data Notice
Gameplay and communication may be monitored for moderation and safety purposes. Refer to our Privacy Policy for how data is collected and used.
Security and Exploit Disclosure
Report bugs or vulnerabilities privately via Support. Publicly sharing or using exploits violates these Terms and may result in a permanent ban.
Player Chat and Content
GoPlay moderates chat to maintain safety, but cannot guarantee all content will be appropriate. Player-created content (messages, signs, builds) reflects individual users, not GoPlay. Report violations promptly for staff review.
Feature Availability
Some features (chat, cross-play, or store) may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or third-party downtime. GoPlay is not responsible for loss of progress or access during these times.
Automated Moderation
Automated systems may help detect inappropriate behavior, but final enforcement is reviewed by staff.
Content and Intellectual Property
All GoPlay branding, builds, graphics, and plugins are owned by GoPlay or its licensors. You may not reproduce, resell, or use these materials without authorization. Misuse may result in permanent account suspension.
Media and Submissions
By submitting screenshots, builds, or other content to GoPlay, you grant us permission to feature them in promotions or community posts. You can request removal through Support.
Third-Party Services
GoPlay integrates with external platforms (Discord, Tebex, etc.), each governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their uptime, content, or data handling.
In-Game Purchases
Purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Payments are securely processed through Tebex Ltd. (tebex.io) under their Terms and Privacy Policy.
Cross-Play and Bedrock Support
Bedrock Edition is supported where possible, but may differ from Java. Cross-play is provided “as available” and may change or end without notice.
Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violating these Terms. Severe offenses may result in permanent bans without prior notice. Appeal outcomes are final.
Liability
GoPlay is provided “as is.” We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or issues caused by third parties or external systems.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by U.S. law under the states of New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts. Disputes shall be handled in local courts of those states.
