GoPlay operates across multiple platforms (Minecraft, website, Discord, etc.). Each collects limited data only when necessary for gameplay, security, or support.
We do not collect all data types at once, and systems do not share data with one another. Each platform logs only what’s required to function properly.
Examples of data that may be logged:
• In-game: inventories, item transfers, commands, signs, messages (/msg, /mail)
• Website: login history, form submissions, moderation logs
• Discord: message edits/deletions, nickname changes, moderation actions via bots
• Devices: IP addresses, VPN flags, and browser connection details
This helps us moderate, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Only authorized staff may access logs.

What We Collect (Based on How You Use GoPlay)
Account Information: Minecraft usernames, linked Discord accounts, and submitted forms.
Usage Data: Playtime, purchases, and votes tracked through gameplay systems.
Device Information: IP addresses and connection data for stability and moderation.
Communication Logs: Messages or tickets temporarily stored for investigations.
Website Activity: Login timestamps, forms, and site interactions.
Discord Metadata: Nickname changes, joins/leaves, moderation actions under Discord’s rules.
Private Inputs: Text on signs, in books, or /msg may be reviewed only when relevant to investigations.
Satellites
GoPlay provides optional live satellite-style world maps through Satellite, available at:
goplaymc.net/satellites
These maps visually render parts of GoPlay and may show:
• World terrain and structures
• Player-built areas
• Your in-game location while you are online (on enabled servers only)
Satellite does not store:
• IP addresses
• chat messages
• private messages
• personal identifiers
Player locations appear only while connected and are not saved after you disconnect.
How We Use Data
Data is used only to:
• Improve gameplay and community experience
• Detect cheating, scams, or rule violations
• Communicate security or service updates
• Monitor performance and fix issues
• Review moderation and appeals
Minecraft, Website, Discord, and Store systems are separate and not merged.
Who Can Access Your Information
GoPlay never sells player data. Limited info may be shared with verified providers (hosting, analytics, security) under confidentiality agreements.
Authorized staff refers to senior moderators, administrators, and developers who are bound by confidentiality and internal data-access policies. Access is logged and reviewed to ensure accountability.
