What We’re Looking For

  • Portfolio or examples of your work (clips, repos, docs, screenshots).
  • Ability to scope tasks and deliverables clearly.
  • Comfort giving and receiving actionable feedback.
  • Ownership mindset: proactive, respectful, and on-time.
  • Preferred: You can work solo on a brief and handoff cleanly into our workflows.

Success = scoped work, clean deliverables, measurable impact.

How to Propose Your Role

  • Share a 3–5 sentence pitch: problem, your skills, expected outcome.
  • List deliverables, timeline, and any access required.
  • Show 1–3 examples of relevant past work.
  • We’ll confirm scope, add a ticket, and align on review points.

Expectations

  • Follow the brand, code of conduct, and privacy rules.
  • Use tickets for work-in-progress and reviews.
  • Share source files/notes for future maintenance.
  • Celebrate wins in #staff-logs with before/after or metrics.
Turnaround goals are set per ticket. Communicate early if you’re blocked.
